Because revolution ratio is mechanically fixed, it ensures the stable compounding ratio against material viscosity changes and pressure changes caused by hardened mixing unit. Also, dispensing flow rate (g/second) can be adjusted to variable speed without concerning uneven compounding ratio. So it can handle various kinds of works with no hassle. This is equipment that a one- or two-component material dispenser is combined with an automated vacuum casting machine, and a conveyer is integrated. When liquid is injected in vacuum and released into the air, the liquid level decreases. So after the injection, the equipment conducts the second injection in the air. The cycle time of the equipment varies greatly depending on vacuuming time (it relates to the size of vacuum chamber, exhaust velocity of vacuum pump and degree of vacuum when injection started). Various settings for different types of work and operations for single acting dispenser can be done with the front panel switch. This is equipment that a two-component material dispenser is combined with six-axis robot, and a turn table for transferring works is attached. It can be used for applications that general orthogonal robots cannot do, such as the application of sealing agent to the inside of the boxy work. When works are not supplied for a given length of time or longer, the nozzle moves to the disposing shot position located off the turn table. And the equipment conducts automated cycle dispensing to prevent hardening the mixing unit.
